Increasing industry demands, DoorCo offers three levels of supply from distribution door blanks off the shelf to fully prepped doors, aswell as 3 state of the art painting facilities for both prepped & distribution painted slabs & cassettes. This is supported with an end-to-end online ordering system that makes it easier for everyone to do business.

In-House Supply Chain

Uniquely, we partner with DoorCo KR who produce our doors in one of the most advanced door manufacturing facility in the world, incorporating automated assembly systems to ensure consistency of production, and cost savings compared to most. DoorCo KR is audited by TRADA UK and displays the Q Mark certification stamp on every door, giving the UK customers peace of mind on manufacturing process and quality.

We also make our own FLiP cassette here in the UK collaborating with our strategic manufacturing partners to ensure the quality & supply of the cassette manufacturing operation is under DoorCo control.

Stocked & Delivered from the UK

Our Macclesfield hub of warehouses holds up to 60,000 doors & 150,000 cassettes in stock and holds one of the most invested-in and technologically advanced door facilities in the UK. From here, we prep, paint, glaze and distribute our doors and cassettes, managed by an organised experienced team pushing to exceed customer expectations.

Over the last decade, more than 3,750,000 composite doors have been manufactured and distributed from our 80,000 ft² facilities by our customer service and logistics teams and fleet.
