Dan Sullivan

Time flies when you are having fun, 14 years later and the business has evolved into something all the team can be proud of. The journey is still in its infancy, and the motivation to keep innovating and driving the business forward is shared by everyone at DoorCo.

Every year the business has shown growth in size, products and people, and that mission remains at the forefront of our planning at the start of every year. The business is in a great position to move upwards and onwards as we continue to strive for independence in everything we do.

Jayne Sullivan

Stepping out of corporate life and joining DoorCo in 2014 has been immensely challenging and rewarding in equal measures.  Together with Dan and the management team, I am proud of the business we have built and feel passionate about the team we employ, the customers we serve and the values we use to run the business.  We have delivered year on year profitable growth and I look forward to the next phase of the journey as the business continues its drive to deliver the best suite of products in the market.

Michael Luddington

I joined Doorco in May 2022 as Finance Director working closely with all parts of the business to help ensure good process and control and help Doorco continue on its journey of growing revenue and improving profitability.  I’ve worked previously as a Finance Director in FMCG (Alcohol producers), Technology (Transport Aggregation Platform) and manufacturing (clothing) and have experience of managing production, warehousing, planning, IT, HR and obviously finance teams.

Aaron Williamson

I'm Aaron and I've recently become Operations Director. I've previously worked in manufacturing in a number of different industries over the past 13 years, in the USA & UK.

I joined DoorCo for a new challenge and I'm looking forward to helping the business achieve goals by engaging with the team.

Mark Towers

During my employment at DoorCo I continue to find that the business to be fast paced and challenging, in a positive way. DoorCo allows all staff the opportunity to grow and be part of the future development of the business. I have been able to worked closely with many department to help and support the business needs, but, hopefully adding value as the business progresses.

I joined DoorCo in 2018 after previously working in the industry at a software supplier, throughout my time at DoorCo I've thoroughly enjoyed the challenges & responsibility working alongside the rest of the team. I have enjoyed the freedom to develop the Technology & Marketing sides of the business to keep continuously improving the offering to our customers.

Becoming the first in-house Junior Graphic Designer for DoorCo has been a great opportunity for me to grow as an individual and designer. Working within the Marketing team is allowing me to see through another perspective which ultimately helps me to understand the context for what I’m designing. I’m enjoying my time here and I look forward to be a part of our expanding team.

My role as Technical Manager is to develop existing and new products to ensure DoorCo meets the expectations of our customers, and to ensure we are compliant to regulations and standards now and in the future.

I've been in the fenestration industry for many years working across Retail, Trade and Commercial sectors and have worked in most positions in Operations Management, Quality Management and Technical & Sales over the years. I came to work for DoorCo as they are a very progressive company and the opportunity to help them make a difference in the industry is a very exciting prospect.

I have been working at DoorCo now since 2020, I have worked in within our Customer Service and Order Processing department to now working within our sales Department. It’s great to work with our customers on a daily basis from initial enquiry to fully onboard seeing this process through ensuring to deliver the best service for new and existing customers.

Since joining DoorCo its been great to see the growth the company has gone through and to work alongside some amazing people, every day is a school day within DoorCo and I can’t wait to see what is next on DoorCo’s horizon.

I joined DoorCo in 2018 as Area Sales Manager, after spending the previous 7 years within the Composite Door Industry.  What can I say.  A dynamic and caring company with a great Ethos to back it up.  A company that supports both customer relations and employees alike.  Nothing is too much trouble.  It’s been an incredible journey so far.  The company has grown so much in the time I have been here.  From the shop floor through to the office staff, and continues to go from strength to strength.  The new product launches have been great too, especially for the customers.  A real one stop shop.  Something for everyone, and making the experience a memorable one.  Long may it continue and I look forward to working with DoorCo customers, old and new for many years to come!

I joined DoorCo in November 2022 as the Finance Manager. I have enjoyed my time here so far and feel like I am already part of the Finance team. I look forward to learning more about the business and being able to streamline the finance function as the business continues to grow.

It’s been exciting to be part of DoorCo in a period of such growth,  since joining in September 2020.

Although the timing was not the greatest , starting in the midst of Covid restrictions - the atmosphere and team spirit have been great.

Working within an ever changing environment , means each day brings different challenges – all very exciting.

I have been with Doorco since 2016 and have worked in various roles in the finance department and I am currently responsible for preparing the management accounts for review by the Head of Finance, I am currently studying towards my CIMA Qualification and I am fully supported by Doorco and have the help gain essential experience to help with my studies.

I have been at DoorCo since September 2020. I’ve learnt a considerable amount since joining DoorCo, being supported inside and outside of work. I hope to keep pushing myself as I gain experience and excel with the team on a day-to-day basis.

I joined DoorCo in October 2020, I feel I have fitted in really well with the team and pushed to try new challenges. I’ve been given the opportunity to develop new skills and try new things, all have which have pushed me to grow in my role. I look forward to continue to develop within the company and help to contribute towards it’s future success.

I joined DoorCo as an apprentice in July 2021. Through my involvement in tasks across the business and engaging with different teams, I have gained a large amount of knowledge and experience.

I really enjoy being part of my team, they are supportive and encourage me to tackle greater challenges as I'm developing in my role.

I have been with DoorCo for over 5 years now. Having come from a completely different background, I started at DoorCo as a Receptionist. Over the years, I have built up a wealth of knowledge by working my way through different areas of the business, such as Distribution Customer Service and Despatch Supervisor. After my Maternity leave, I returned to DoorCo as a Production Admin within the manufacturing team and was subsequently promoted to Production Team Leader.

I genuinely enjoy working at DoorCo with the team and eagerly anticipate what the future holds!

Coming from a retail background this has helped develop my knowledge of the industry in order to better service our customers.

I came to DoorCo as an engineer in 2021, my role involves keeping the machines serviced & operational as well as making improvements to our manufacturing systems. The way the business is growing, and the investment being made into manufacturing keeps this job very interesting.

I joined at the beginning of September 2023 and was made to feel welcome from the very start. The team has made me feel right at home, and I never once felt like "the new girl". I joined DoorCo in November as the new Head of HR. I’ve worked across multiple industries and bring with me a fresh and new approach to looking after the people at DoorCo. They are our most important asset and my main aim for this year is to support them to be the best they can be within their current and future roles in the business.

I joined DoorCo on March 20, 2023, after starting my career in Health and Safety at Gillette UK. During my time there, I gained extensive knowledge about British Standards for machinery safety through a secondment at the British Standards Institute. Following that, I helped Gillette set up Health and Safety systems in Poland.

I also worked on audience safety at Wembley Stadium, collaborating with artists like Madonna and U2. Later, at Warmer Energy Services (WES) in Liverpool, I worked with household names such as Scottish Power, E-On, and British Gas, specializing in Microgeneration Technologies. WES successfully secured a groundbreaking NEDO Air Source Heat Pump project with the British and Japanese governments. Additionally, I assisted in improving the Health and Safety standards at Elsmere Port Greyhound Stadium, owned by WES.

Afterwards, I served as the Head of Health and Safety for the Nestlé Buxton Warehouse project, combining FMCG and construction skills. Prior to joining DoorCo, I held the position of Group Head of Health and Safety for The Pilot Group in Manchester, specializing in decarbonization technologies.

With over 30 years of experience in Health and Safety Leadership roles, my expertise covers behavioral safety, machine safety, ergonomics, asbestos, and COSHH.

I Joined the DoorCo HSQE team in November 2022. I am grateful for the opportunity to join DoorCo’s journey and hope to make a positive contribution to the company. I am looking forward to being a part of DoorCo’s ongoing progression and look forward to what the future holds.
